I've found a relatively cheap, but very fine cigar-brand:
In Germany it is called "Hacienda". I personally prefer the
smaller format: Londres. (6,50 DM = 12,00 $ = 3, 30 Euro)

This cigar was voted "cigar of the year 2000" by a german cigar-magazine, so check it out.

Personally, I prefer Cohiba's. My girlfriend brought me 3 boxes when she visited Cuba. She bought them from locals, so possibly they have been taken from the factory themself (so thereby neglecting one of the rules). But nothing wrong with them tastewise.
