Yup, it's all true.
When you return to New Zealand you appreciate a whole lot more what you had at home all the time.
Bringing home foreign currency is good too.
What about Pamploma?

No mention of the "Running Of The Bulls" festival in Pamplona, Spain, seems strange. It was so good in 1972 my friends and I made a special return visit (by VW Combi of course) in 1973. Maybe the author got so drunk s/he can't remember it
