Gnomon - time to move on Posted Aug 1, 2014
I remember when I was very young (about four?) being puzzled when someone on the radio announced the time. I thought, by the time they've said what time it is, it will be a different time. My father explained to me that a minute was actually quite a long time, and even after they'd said the name of it, it would still be the same minute.

2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side... Posted Aug 1, 2014
It is always breakfast time... or lunchtime... somewhere.... useually, in fact, the somewhere where I am the ripley whos online isn't accurate, and isn't measuring who is online, and the pliney one, as far as I recall, only picks up those logged in, in the new pliney skins and I'm not here... right... you didn't see me....

There are a number of good time zone converters available.
www.timeanddate.com is a good one.
I keep a shortcut link on my desktop.
Also, a quick google search under >>> world time zone maps, images >>> will bring up a plethora of them.
