I remember when I was very young (about four?) being puzzled when someone on the radio announced the time. I thought, by the time they've said what time it is, it will be a different time. My father explained to me that a minute was actually quite a long time, and even after they'd said the name of it, it would still be the same minute.

www.timeanddate.com is a good one.

I keep a shortcut link on my desktop.

Also, a quick google search under >>> world time zone maps, images >>> will bring up a plethora of them.
