A Conversation for One Way to Cook a Duck
the best duck ever!

I have two friends who go duck hunting every year and was once lucky enough to join them for dinner. They explained there were two types of ducks, the ones that ate fish, and the ones that ate vegetation. Both kinds taste terrible unless you use the following secret recipie:
Take the duck and soak it overnight in a 50/50 mix of beer and vinegar.
Next day, roll the duck in bread crumbs and season with basil and sage. Now for the important bit - Place an ordinary red brick in the oven with the duck and bake for 4 hours at 300 F. Then throw away the duck and eat the brick.
