As stated each state is winner take all when you get over 50% of the vote.
In 2012 Obama got 49.8%, Romney got 49.3% , and the balance went to third party candidates.
this is one more reason why we need to get rid of that 50% rule.

apparently they are giving Florida's Electoral College delegates to Obama. since he had already passed 270 I guess nobody cares anymore.
