Something interesting I found out when I was researching Tuvalu for a school project was that the name "Tuvalu" translates to "group of eight", referring to the eight traditionally inhabited islands.

It might have been if I'd realized H2G2 could be a resource for it earlier than I did. I haven't been a member for very long, but I'm very quickly becoming addicted.
