My goodness, how incredibly moving.
I had never heard of him.
Now how is it that in Russia there was this incredibly bloody revolution and yet in England and Scotland there was not? I believe that this extroardinary man should be given the recognition he deserves.
It should be made compulsory reading for every single person who lives on this wonderful island - and every hootoo researcher.!!
Thank you for a wonderful contribution. I really wept when I read his life story.And yet he obviously never lost hope.

These are the rocks that built the British Empire and made England what it was and hopefully continues to be.
I really thini his life should be celebrate3d with a suitable sign such as a statue or something like that - a school maybe .
