You said that fox and wolf are the trickster in the native american tales--I have to disagree, all the versions I know have COYOTE as the trickster, with fox as a friend and (once in a while) cohort, and I haven't heard anything about wolf......different regions, perhaps? Very informative and interesting, otherwise.
