What do people do when they tell lies?

In my experience, the following occurs;
A lack of eye contact.
Sweating.
Excessive hand movements.
Biting of fingernails.
Chewing of the inside of the mouth.
The mouth tends to dry up.
This is if they are bad liars, or they are lying to someone that knows them well. Some people are excellent liars, and can mask all the above.
