... but the Universe is NOT controlled by the Federation, not even "all but". Certainly they are a powerful force, but there are other empires out there. Can't remember the details, but there's the one that created Liberator and there's one that lauches an invasion, or something, so Blake teams up with the Federation (or are they one in the same?).
