When I wrote this, I thought it might be a bit too esoteric to get into the guide, as I wondered whether anyone would actually be interested. It's nice to know that someone's got something out of it.

No, this is the kind of thing that we need more of in the guide. I find recipes and travelogues tend to get tedious. The more esoteric the better.
