I was an 'inmate' at the King's School Chester... got an A and two Bs at A-level... that sounds -so- like Kings. Not boarding, of course, but the peeling paint... the far-too-many sports fields... (not ideal for the computer geeks like me).
So does it have any money then? Our head is always saying the schools poor (in comparison to Eton, the only Public school an American's ever heard of, and the only one any young girls have tried to break into.) And is it single sex? Kings is < 6th form, but not in 6th form.

Well... depends what you mean by plenty of money. Obviously it has enough money, but I'm not someone to ask about the school's financial status...

Suffice to say that our central ICT centre contains 32 PIII 800MHz machines...

Woah. For how many pupils, though?
I can't remember what we have / had ... they did a reasonable upgrade a year back.
Tried blagging an old computer off them yet? I tried... I got the electronic equivalent of brocolli... marginally more than a cabbage

for 400. Actually, all the computers in the school are P3s but they're the fastest of them.
Key: Complain about this post
