it's even more complicated.... as i just passed the written exam for a swiss driving license i can tell...
so here's the order for right of way on a small swiss mountanin road:
in general it's "up before down" as a exeption it's "heavy before light" and as a third exeption there is "a postcar goes first"... and there is even a forth exeption that says "a lorry with a trailer NEVER has to back up"
so... and now tell me if you understood ;o)
might be some nice lines of code if you'd like to write it in C
