Pedestrians should just stand and marvel at traffic around L'Arc de Triomphe. It has a mini black hole inside of it sucking all the cars in Paris into a whirlpool of steel. It is clear proof that the French must be the most accomplished drivers to survive it. It always reminds me of spaghetti unravelling itself. Marvel, but DO NOT CROSS THE EVENT HORIZON.
