I see that this entry was written some time ago.
It should be updated to include the discovery of two new objects
larger than Pluto observed by SIRTIF ( the Spitzer Space Telescope).

Now these objects are larger than Pluto,
so either we have eleven planets,
or we have eight planets because Pluto would no longer count.

The objects were optically confirmed. The only thing inferred is the brightness of the objects
which is used to determine the size, so there is still some doubt.

The astronomers who observed the objects have tenatively designated the tenth "planet" XENA (after our favorite warrior maiden)
until the International Astronomical Union can devise an official name and classification.


Aren't you psyched that we finally have a planet X ?

I wonder if we will find those guys with the cool sunglasses
living there with Monster Zero?
