Frag has also become a convenient word for teenagers who want to express displeasure without fully evoking another four letter word beginning with the letter f.
All this would explain why my nickname became Frag, and why occasionally someone asks if I take offense at it. I certainly don't, since the name precedes any offense that might be belatedly taken.
Frag away, you silly hootooers.
