Another one is Adrenalin at Syndrome in Berwick Street (Just off Oxford Street). It's a nu-metal and rap-rock extravaganza, so if you're after softer, less ear-bleeding, stuff then you'll have to go elsewhere. Nice cheap drinks (JD and coke is only £2 all night, as is vodka and mixer) and the crowd is generally OK. Warning, the moshing at this place is not for the faint of heart, it can get pretty brutal. In short, Toploader fans steer well clear, for everyone else it's a pretty cracking night out, with an acceptable risk of major injury.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
