In Dublin, Ireland, there's also St. Stephen's Green ('the Green') and Merrion Square. Neither is near the size of Phoenix Park, so I can see why you chose that one...
The Green has ponds in which ducks, geese, moorhens, and seagulls can be fed; both parks have children's playgrounds. An occasional band plays on the bandstand in the Green in summer.
