wondering if anyone has a great idea what to do about slipping heels in high heels need help asap

What do you mean 'slipping'? Do you mean your foot in the shoe, or the heel slipping on the floor?
If it is your heel slipping in the shoe it possibly doesn't fit properly. Try an innersole or those gel pad things from Boots.
If it's the heel on the floor I always make sure the heels have metal on the bottom. If they don't any cobbler will replace what is already on there.
