No, it wasn't. It was a carefully crafted gag based on years of research and decades of listening to the pulse of Englisch literature, music and humour.

Didn't come round my neighborhood... We've got nothing like that, just a bunch of West Indians and people from somewhere else watching "El Chavo del Ocho".
