i think if things are overcharged things are scarce
if people are poor they feel it is expensive to eat
those who feel it is dirt cheap do not really care

I think the Estonian lady of my acquaintance would take exception as the prices being described as "dirt cheap"
Estonia's biggest export at the moment seems to be (as it was with Ireland previously) their young people. The ones left behind have nearly no money, and the currency seems to be worthless.
So, what seems "dirt cheap" to a Western salary is perfectly normal to an Estonian.
Or something like that.
Anyhoo, nice article, and it's good to see Estonia getting a mention.

Of course the "dirt cheap" wording was intended to be by Western standards, as I assume most of the readers of the this article will not actually be Estonians.
