I loved D.M and Duckula. I used to know someone who looked exactly like Nanny too. His Mother must have been worried.

Brilliant cartoon that, loved the way nanny just walked through walls rather than open a door. Marvelous.

David Jason done the voice for this one too.

I an say but one thing.....Oh crumbs.....

I was one of the unfortunate over here in the US who only saw D.M. for a couple of years............they NEVER re-aired the show.

OOOH. wasn't Victor and Hugo from the same cartoon people too? David Jason did one of the voices for that as well. They had a parrot called Inter-poll, always thought that was a fab name.

"Hugo and Victor-that's what I think anyway."

I remember this cartoon very vaguely. Were they French bankrobbers, or am I going mad again?

No, you're not mad. I can't really remember a lot else except it used to be on before 'Knightmare.' on a friday.

Ooh Nightmare, now that was a classic programme. Used to give me terrible nightmares ironically enough, and my dad would always be a big barbarian eating my cat in them. Disturbed? I think I probably was.

I just found out in an idle half hour this afternoon, that Duckula is on Sky One at 3pm. It was great; one I didn't remember at all.
