h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Baron Greenback's preferred mode of transport was the remarkable Frogs Head Flyer, a piece of high technology somewhat reminiscent of a two-legged version of a Martian War Engine (as often illustrated in picture-laden versions of H.G. Well's "War of the Worlds"). It was capable of both walking on two heavy-duty legs or tucking them tight and engaging a flying/hovering mode. It was also capable of resisting extremes of the elements, including venturing into deep space, the ocean and inside Colonel K's body. It was filled with an assortment of gadgets, engineering to meet the Baron's needs at the time, and carried some appropriately heavy weaponry.
