Yes, I've not tried that, Joyika. Have you?
Mine has improved a lot since I got an orthopaedic pillow.

Yes, I'm a GP who does provide acupuncture as part of our practices service- you usually need more than 1 treatment though.

Yes, I can imagine! I had physiotherapy at my local sports injury clinic, and they couldn't help me at all, after many sessions. They gave me the traction kit as a last resort, I think

I had one of those things for a long time, after a whiplash in the car (before the days of headrests). It got lost in our last move, but hadn't been used for several years. Nowadays I occasionally think of getting another, but don't think it's necessary really.
Perhaps they've improved by now (should have, anyway?) 'cos the head sling wasn't good - two straps, one under the chin & t'other sliding around under(?) the 'brain box' at the back. Nevertheless, it did the job on many occasions.
Once, in the early days, at the hospital physio's I caused a hiatus when the nurse took my pulse and suddenly all hell broke loose, with me in the middle protesting weakly, 'Oi, hang on a minute'. In those days my normal state was low blood pressure & slow pulse - but they took a bit of convincing.
I hope yours improves sooner rather than later.

Thanks Rod, It's been a lot better recently - I get a bad bout no more than say once a year now, so it's well manageable. I wouldn't use the ct kit again, though.
