As someone who has lupus i would like to recomend the charity Lupus UK as a great source of help, advise and support.smiley - smiley
Why not try their web site http://www.lupusuk.org.uk/index.asp.
Since I joined the charity I have found the information they provide on web, in newsletters, and via a local lupus contact group, really useful for myself, family, and friends

smiley - biggrin
This web site is also really good - http://www.uklupus.co.uk/ and it's about the only lupus site I keep returning to (the others are more just giving info on what lupus is & I know that now!)

I particularly like the fact that this site has an active message boards section ( http://www.thelupussite.com/forum/index.php )as this is a great way of keeping in touch with others or to get answers to any specific questions you may have
