Self reliance: there is nearly nothing; portapotties and anything else you may need (shelter, water, food) is for your own account to bring.

Gifting society: bring your own contribution, each and everyone is an artist in their own way.

On site transportation is limited to personal vehicles (bicycle segway, pram) and Artcars (only after checkup by the local DMV) all limited to max 5Mph.

There are many Volunteer groups (not for virgins) like greeters, Rangers, emergency and vehicle departments.

There is a complete contigent of official law enforcement present, it is not just an anarchic drug infested society, it is a real city: Black Rock City. (visible at Google sattelite)
