I did an intro to cc a few tears ago, it was quite an eye/mind opening experience.
We sat in a circle of a dozen people and divided into pairs. We then spent an un-interrupted 5 minutes telling the other person about ourselves, then listened to the other person divulge their selves. After this very intimate 7 trusting experience we then, in turn, introduced the other person to the group with information that had been given in the previous tete-a-tete.
