There's also another wonderful variety of gin known as Cork (as in the city in the Republic of Ireland). Cork Dry Gin doesn't give you a hangover (which is worth it alone in my book <g> and is a lemon gin, rather than a lime gin, if you know what I mean
You ought to be careful with your measures too. Here in Northern Ireland our standard spirit measure is 35ml, not 25. That makes a double here a whopping 70ml, very close to an English triple (which would be 75ml). Now, you can't argue with that, can you?
