I was in China for 3 weeks two summers ago, on a sort of exchange program... I recognized most of the phrases in your list, but the phrase I learned that sticks out the most in my memory is "Wo bu shi fun ze" (sorry 'bout the spelling... I'm sure it's very wrong, I probably couldn't even pronounce it right any more), which (as far as I was told) is "I'm not crazy!"

That would have "Wo bu shi FUNG zhe"
Wo = I
bu = not ( negative )
shi = am
fung = mad / crazy
zhe = person
