I would like a bottle of beer
Nice guide entry - I shall try and put it to some use when I'm over there for my holidays.
What about "Mayou Guanxhi" for no problem? Is that no longer used?

The way that I learned it is "Mei guanxi" - though I don't think there's any major difference between that and "Meiyou guanxi" - just the difference between "No problem" and "There's no problem." Standard disclaimer applies here, though, since I'm only learning Mandarin myself.

Yes, 'mei guanxi' is still used, quite a bit in some areas. The 'you' is optional. As far as I know, it can be used for a response to both 'sorry' and 'thank you' among other things, much like 'no problem' can be used in English.
