The Acrostic Poem

I was challenged by B'Elana to write an acrostic poem for The Post, and I challenged her to take the current telegram game word.
Mobile
My quiet reverie, was shattered by the sound,
Of someone's mobile telephone, they'd left there lying around;
But rather than ignore it, I knew what I should do,
I took it to the toilet and I flushed it down the loo.
Later, when its owner had an apoplectic fit,
Explanations seemed irrelevant to tell them why I did it.
