Well, my friend, nice to meet you.
What a fascinating post.
I have all my life refused ever to buy monosodium gltumate. The reason for it was that , as I pride myself on being a good cook - obviously my food which I prepare must be well seasoned and well cooked and presented.
Therefore it does not need monosodium glutamate.
I had no idea that we were really supposed to have five tastes!
If I ever have the time I must ezplore this further.
