who don't have a clue what it's like to have to ride a bike on the same road with them. I think if most of these morons had to walk a couple of miles before they were allowed to ride a coaster brake bike uphill at least twice a month, they would modify their behavior behind the wheel. And the one's who can't, probably shouldn't be allowed to drive. Stupidity is more intoxicating than alcohol or drugs.
