once i watched a programme on pyramids there a tiny slab window is left open but nobody is sure why i guess it is their faith that beam from stars at night falls through the hole inside to create images

I hadn't thought of that. I think what you are referring to is what I imagine to be a kind of 'supergun' in the Great Pyramid of Cheops. This appears to have been directed at the star Sirius, and Egyptologists think that this was to fire the Pharoah's sould into the afterworld.
