Don't forget the Keema

This entry is really good and it's making me hungry!
Keema is minced lamb and you can get keema naans (naan bread stuffed with mince and other keema dishes.
And my favourite sweet is gulabjaman: fried doughballs around a pistachio, deep fried and then soaked in syrup - slightly reminiscent of rumbabas but without the cream.
