I have to say, having been brought up in Singapore, I have sambal with everything! Even Roast chicken! Sometimes, they include sugar as part of the ingredients so you have that sweet but spiciER taste to it. It takes some time for you to get used to the spiciness and then you will be hooked to it! Give it a go!!
