Reality and perception, the conundrum of illusion
Everything ain't what it seems.
If you strip the facade off of everything and everybody, including
rendering foodstuffs down to their constituent elements, things be more alike
than some would like us to believe.
If you steal the bodies off most of the automobiles you see rolling down
the road, resplendent in their curved and painted magnificent modernity,
I think you will be surprised how very similar they are.
Many of them share parts.
Most of them look identical to the untrained eye.
Same thing with televisions and microwave ovens and computers.
Pull the case off the thing and be amazed at how hard they
are to tell apart.
Same thing with people. Pull their clothes and makeup off and a lot of them look
alike. Pull their skin and fat layers off and voila! instant similarity.
