Just thought I'd mention the following, as they're not on your list and they are quite good
The Eastern Eye on Albert Road, for Indian food. Very tasty curries - they don't let the flavour of the ingredients get lost in nasty curry sauce like many curry houses. Shame they let people smoke in the restaurant.
The Country Kitchen, Marmion Road. It's a while since I last went, so I might have the name wrong... It's an independent vegetarian restaurant, which serves delicious food, though the portions can be a bit on the mean side. Go upstairs for the 'lost seating' (it's pleasant up there, and few people seem to find it so it can be practically empty when downstairs is full).
