Hey, this sounds very nice, absolutely beautiful in fact and I have printed it, given it to my wife and we will try it this week.
I remember when I visited Newcastle in Australia, there was a Mexican Restaurant called Taco Bill, it made the most beautiful tacos with schredded beef (instead of the usual ground beef). This recipe reminded me of these beautiful tacos.
I'll let you know how I liked the recipe after we've tried it.
