I don't know - some people! I included links to places that WEREN'RT ON THE ISLE OF WIGHT and get accused of being Anglo-Centric(!) What are you complaining about - I've included links to Edinburgh and Rochester castles, and they're both equally on the mainlandsmiley - tongueout

I've not been on H2G2 for a while, but at the time of writing, almost all the articles on Castles were in England. I wouldn't mind a chance to re-edit it a bit, not only to include links to my articles on Yorkshire's castles (they speak a whole different language in Yorkshire, so that can't be considered Anglo-Centric. I don't think they're even from the same planet theresmiley - winkeye) and Bolsover Castle, but also to include "Bastle - another name for a Pele/Peel Tower, used especially in County Durham".

True, and I linked to the article about Edinburgh Castle, and included terms, such as Barmkin, which are unique to Ireland and Scotland. Unfortunately, when I submitted this, there weren't many articles about non-English castles, and I can really only write about the castles I've visited, which are the ones nearest where I'm living as I can't drive myself and am dependent on teh good nature of my non-castle loving fiance to take me to visit them, and she tends not to want to travel too far...
