What can I get for a tenner?

I recently sent 4 Irish tin whistles to a friend who lives in the black country as a favour and they cost a tenner.
Now, rather than she pay me for them, I thought if she could send me something which is typically Brum and/or black country for about the same value this would be more personal - so , any ideas?

I'm tempted to suggest a balti pot, but you've probably already got one.
So, anything that could be considered "Brummagen ware" ie anything showy but inferior/worthless (1630) seemingly in allusion to the counterfeit coins produced there in the C17
Terrific inflation - 4 penny whistles cost ten quid?
