The Secret Of Rose
Love is rose red
Washed by summer rain
Pricks a bleeding lover.
Dipped in honey
The eye of a needle
Adonis dying.
Sea foams
Bore lovely Venus
Whites roses in rhapsody.
Divine light falls deep
Shining bright the eastern star
Virgin Mary is the gardener.
Roses hung white
With snowdrops and lilies
Roses red with His sacrifice.
Cities burn mad
As war strikes hell
Pent foliate rose on
The barrel of a gun.
Her blush's a pink, pink rose
But did Zeus saw her bathing?
