Just a message to see I enjoyed this essay 
You seem very moved by Tom Bombadil, it's a bit of a shame he is never used in the various screen and radio interpretations of LOTR.
I say that and sad to say, I find the character faintly irritating in the book itself 
A nice piece of work anyway, well worth the read
