i was actually just on the west coast of florida-- and then orlando-- and i have no idea how far away these places are from miami...but check out the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico if you get the chance--they are sooo clean and so beautiful
universal studios was also tons of fun--but maybe thats just cause im regressing back to childhoodness
if you go between now and april, you can check out their mardi gras/party gras parade-concerts-clubs etc etc...lots of fun

Ooo - I didn't think about that. It'll be Mardis Gras on Tuesday won't it? I'll have to see if there is anything special we can do... Thanks for pointing that out...

And in the Miamiest place in Florida!
...not at all near the Gulf or Universal Studios (Orlando) but amid lots of Mardi Gras and St. Patrick's Day sorts of places.
