Just a small point. Kathleen Ferrier did not, as stated in this article, die five months after recording Das Lied von der Erde in Vienna. She died 17 months later.

. It never ceases to amaze me how we can read and re-read our Entries, put them through h2g2's Peer Review process, and still we miss howlers like this.

As a punctuation pedant, I don't believe I put that apostrophe in ACEs.
