Or you could put some in water, bring to the boil, simmer for about10-12 minutes, put in an oven proof dish, cover in cheese sauce and bake in a moderately hot oven for about 15-20 minutes then eat it??
On second thought that is way to bizarre even for h2g2!!

Macaroni is also useful when playing cards.You can use pieces of macaroni as chips to bid with.
You could also use macaroni to bead your hair with,but beware of going out in the rain!!!!
