That's almost prescient. We're seeing an abuse of the Commonwealth Parliament by the Howard Government right now in the introduction of legislation to revise industrial relations and also counter-terrorism provisions. History is being made and it's not a good look. But that doesn't take away from the fact that the original article is correct.
