Not quite a RolePlaying game (RPG), more of a tabletop wargame type of concept.
There *is* a hellBoy RPG, published by Steve Jackson Games and lavishly illustrated throughout by Mignola. It also gives a lot of backround information on the setting up of the BPRD and it's functions in modern society. A useful tome for any fan of the comics, it must be said.

Well, I think they fall into those category of fictional creation that seem like they ought to exist.
Which is quite a compliment to Mr Mignola, when you think about it.
