"Sicko" was Michael Moore's look into the costs of Healthcare around the world. Made while George W Bush was still in power (i.e. before President Obama's healthcare reforms) it compares the US healthcare system at the time to those of the UK, France and even Cuba. He even sneaks a boatload of US War Vets across to Cuba to get them treated when the Veterans' Hospital has let them down.
It's in the style of his other more recent movies; if you found them entertaining you'll find this one entertaining too.
