You sound like someone who might actually know something about bricks, or might know someone who does. Can you tell me anything or point me in the right direction to find info on efflourecence, frost damage and sulphate attack? I'm a first year civil engineering student and I've got this project, so I thought I'd ask the nice people on h2g2 if they have any ideas.
